• Via the contact form: name, email, company (optional), message content.
• Via booking (Calendly): name, email, phone number, company details, and any free-text notes.
• Via the chatbot: the content of the conversation.

3. Purpose of use

Data is used to respond to inquiries, prepare offers, and deliver agreed services.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based either on the data subject's consent (contact) or on preparing/performing a contract.

5. Retention period

Data related to inquiries is kept as long as necessary to handle the inquiry or the client relationship, after which it is deleted.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We use the following third-party services, which may process data as part of their operation:

• Calendly (booking)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Groq (generating the AI chatbot's responses)
• Vercel (site hosting and anonymized visitor analytics)

We do not sell or rent data to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some of the providers mentioned above may process data outside the EU/EEA (e.g. in the United States). In these cases, the providers follow appropriate safeguards (e.g. the EU's standard contractual clauses).
