Terms of Service

1. Services

Atlas provides website design and development, digital AI assistants, maintenance, SEO, advertising, content production, and e-commerce builds. The exact scope and pricing of each service is described on that service's own page.

2. Order and formation of contract

A contract is formed when the client accepts an offer from Atlas in writing (e.g. by email) or, following a verbal agreement, confirms it in writing afterward. The offer includes the price, timeline, and main scope of the project.

3. Prices and payment terms

Prices follow those listed on the site or separately agreed. One-off setup fees are invoiced once the project is complete, unless otherwise agreed. Monthly maintenance and service fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment terms are net 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery timeline

The timeline is agreed case by case at the offer stage. It assumes the client delivers the required materials (text, images, login credentials) within the agreed time — delays on the client's side may push back the completion date accordingly.

5. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for the rights to material they provide (text, images, logos) and for ensuring that material doesn't infringe on any third party's rights.

6. Copyright

The right to use the finished website or other delivered result transfers to the client once the one-off setup fee has been paid in full. Atlas retains the right to reuse general, non-client-specific code components and solutions in other projects.

7. Warranty

If the delivered result doesn't match the agreed scope, Atlas will fix the gaps free of charge within a reasonable time.

8. Limitation of liability

Atlas's liability is limited to the total amount paid for that service. Atlas is not liable for indirect damages (e.g. business interruption, lost revenue).

9. Termination

Monthly services may be terminated by either party with one (1) month's notice, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation.
